Galawati Chaska Kebab, Chicken Kebab
Ingredients:
- Spice Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 Black Cardamoms
- 4 Green Cardamoms
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Inch Piece Cinnamon
- ½ tso Nutmed And Mace Powder
- 8 Dried, Round Red Chilies
- 2 Pinches Carmon Seeds
- Kebab Ingredients:
- ½ kg Minced Chicken
- 2 tbsp Raw Papaya Paste
- 2 tbsp Onions Fried & Paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 4 tbsp Fresh Corianders Chopped
- Few Drops Screw Pine
- 3 tbsp Grounded Spice
- Clarified Butter For Frying
Instructions:
- Lightly roast all the spice ingredients on an iron griddle and chop with fresh coriander and salt in a chopper.
- Mix chicken with ground spices, onion, papaya paste, ginger/garlic paste and screw pine and chop in a chopper.
- Mix gram flour in the chopped mixture and set aside for one hour.
- Shape the mixture into kebabs, heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry kebabs until golden.
- Garnish chicken kebabs with onion rings, tomato and lettuce leaves and serve.
