Pakora Platter

Pakora, Ramzan Dish, Pakora Platter
Ingredients:
- For the Pakora Batter:
- 400 Grams Chickpea Flour (besan)
- 2 Tbsp Cumin
- Salt As Required
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 TbspCoriander Powder
- 1 ½ tsp Oregano
- 2 Tsp Parmesan Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- Water As Required
- Vegetables for the Pakora:
- Small Bunch Spinach Leaves
- 1 Small Cabbage
- 4 Medium Onion
- 500 Grams Potatoes (Sliced cut)
- Oil For Frying
Instructions:
1.In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams of chickpea flour (Besan), 2 tablespoons of cumin, salt (as required), 1 tablespoon of red chili flakes, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 ½ teaspoons of oregano, 2 teaspoons of parmesan powder, and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Gradually add water and mix the ingredients to make a smooth batter. The batter should not be too thick or too thin. Keep the batter aside.
3.Wash and slice 500 grams of potatoes, and chop the onions and cabbage into small pieces. Wash the spinach leaves and keep them aside.
4.Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
5.Dip the sliced spinach leaves into the prepared batter and coat them evenly.
6. Carefully drop the coated spinach leaves into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
7. Repeat the process with onion, cabbage and sliced potatoes.
8.Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
