Tea For Weight Loss, Diet Tea, Tea

Ingredients:

    • 4 Cups Water
    • 6 Mint Leaves
    • 1 Stick Cinnamon
    • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp Green Tea Leaves
    • 1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
    • 2 Tbsp Honey

Instructions:

1- In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
2- Once the water has come to a boil, add 6 mint leaves, 1 stick of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger, and 2 tablespoons of green tea leaves to the water.
3- Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes.
4- After 5-10 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
5- Once the tea has cooled slightly, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of honey to the mixture.
6- Stir the mixture until the honey has dissolved completely.
7- Pour the tea through a strainer to remove any solids and transfer the tea to a teapot or other serving container.
8- Serve hot and enjoy!
