Tandori Aalo
For all vegetarians, this special tandoori aloo recipe is a special gift.
Tandori Aalo
Ingredients:
- ½ kg Potato
- 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 3 Green Chilies
- ¼ Bunch of Fresh Coriander Chopped
- 250 Gram Yogurt Drained
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powdered
- 1 tsp Hot spice Powdered
- 1 tbsp Turemic Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powdered
- Salt To Taste
- 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in yogurt except tomatoes and green chilies for 10 minutes.
- Cut aluminum foil into medium-sized squares, wrap each piece with a piece of potato, a piece of tomato slice, some green chilies and a little potato mixture.
- Cook on grill pan or charcoal and serve with Chapattis.
