Tandori Aalo

Tandori Aalo

Ingredients:

    • ½ kg Potato
    • 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
    • 3 Green Chilies
    • ¼ Bunch of Fresh Coriander Chopped
    • 250 Gram Yogurt Drained
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
    • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powdered
    • 1 tsp Hot spice Powdered
    • 1 tbsp Turemic Powder
    • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powdered
    • Salt To Taste
    • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in yogurt except tomatoes and green chilies for 10 minutes.
  • Cut aluminum foil into medium-sized squares, wrap each piece with a piece of potato, a piece of tomato slice, some green chilies and a little potato mixture.
  • Cook on grill pan or charcoal and serve with Chapattis.
