Spicy Bread Chaat

Chaat, Spicy Chaat, Bread Chaat
Ingredients:
- For Batter:
- ½ Cup Gram Flour (Sieved)
- Salt To taste
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ Tsp Ginger / Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- Water As Required
- For Assembling:
- Green Chutney As Required
- ½ Cup Chicken Tikka Boti
- ½ Cup Chicken Qeema
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Tomato (Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves As Required
- 2 Green Chilies (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- Sev As Required
- Tamarind Chutney As Required
- Other Ingredients:
- 10 Bread Slices (Circle)
- Oil For Frying
Instructions:
1. Take a bread slice and cut it into a circle using a cookie cutter. Repeat with all the bread slices.
For Batter:
2. Add gram flour, salt, chaat masala, red chili powder, ginger/garlic paste, and corn flour in a mixing bowl. Mix well and gradually add water to make a smooth batter of medium consistency.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dip the bread circles in the gram flour batter to coat them evenly.
5. Gently drop the bread circles in the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
For Assembling:
7. To assemble the chaat, take a fried bread circle and spread green chutney.
8. Add a spoonful of the chicken tikka boti and chicken qeema.
9. Sprinkle chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chilies on top.
10. Drizzle tamarind chutney and sprinkle sev and pomegranate seeds.
You can adjust the spice level of the chaat by adding more or less red chili powder and green chilies according to your taste.
