Saag Gosht

Palak Gosht, Saag Gosht, Sarson Ka Saag

Ingredients:

    • Water As Required
    • ½ kg Mutton Piece
    • ⅓ Spanich Finely Cut
    • 5 Green Chili
    • 2 Bay Leaves
    • 4 Clove
    • 1 piece of 1 Inch Cinnamon
    • 6 Black Cardamoms
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 3 Onions Finely Cut
    • 2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
    • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
    • 1 Piece of 1 inch Ginger Finely Cut
    • Salt To Taste
    • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions:

  • Blanch spinach in a pot of boiling water and remove.
  • Finely chop spinach with green chilies in a chopper.
  • Heat oil in a pot, add all the ingredients except spinach mixture and salt, fry mutton on high flame, then add two cups of water and cook till the mutton becomes tender.
  • Add spinach mixture, salt, and fry, then sprinkle ginger on top and serve with Garma gram nans.
