Saag Gosht
Take a trip down the rural lane for sarson ka saag combined with gosht!
Palak Gosht, Saag Gosht, Sarson Ka Saag
Ingredients:
- Water As Required
- ½ kg Mutton Piece
- ⅓ Spanich Finely Cut
- 5 Green Chili
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 Clove
- 1 piece of 1 Inch Cinnamon
- 6 Black Cardamoms
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3 Onions Finely Cut
- 2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Piece of 1 inch Ginger Finely Cut
- Salt To Taste
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Blanch spinach in a pot of boiling water and remove.
- Finely chop spinach with green chilies in a chopper.
- Heat oil in a pot, add all the ingredients except spinach mixture and salt, fry mutton on high flame, then add two cups of water and cook till the mutton becomes tender.
- Add spinach mixture, salt, and fry, then sprinkle ginger on top and serve with Garma gram nans.
