Prawn Salad

Filled with feta cheese crunchy veggies and fried in olive oil this salad is everything delicious and healthy for you!

Ingredients:

    • 8 Large Prawns
    • Salt To Taste
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
    • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
    • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
    • 2 tsp Basil Leaves
    • ½ Cup Olive Oil
    • ½ tbsp Garlic
    • 7 Iceberg Lettuce
    • 3 Cherry Tomato
    • ½ Cup Feta Cheese

Instructions:

Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and set aside for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a frying pan, fry garlic till golden and add basil leaves and prawns, cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from flame and add cherry tomatoes, transfer to a dish.

Add the remaining ingredients in it and serve.
