Potato Wedges
Potato wedges recipe! Made with simple ingredients and baked to crispy perfection, these wedges are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
Potato, Potato Wedges, Potato Chips
Ingredients:
- 3 Medium Boiled Potatoes (sliced cut)
- 2 Tsp Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1½ Tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Coriander Leaves (For Garnish )
Instructions:
1. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
2. Add 2 tsp of chopped garlic and cook until it turns light brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
3. Add the boiled potato wedges to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add 1 ½ tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of salt over the wedges and continue sautéing for another 2-3 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and crispy.
5. Remove the pan from heat and garnish the potato wedges with fresh coriander leaves
