Potato Skin
Serve hot and enjoy your stuffed potato skins with ketchup!
Potato Skin, Stuffed Potato, Snacks
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 250 Grams Chicken Mince
- Salt To taste
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Capsicum(Chopped)
- 4 Medium Potatoes with Skin (Boiled)
- 1 Cup Tomatoes(Chopped)
- ½ Cup Black Olive (Sliced)
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
- Oregano (For Sprinkling)
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince.
2. Add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chopped capsicum. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the mince is cooked through.
3. Cut the boiled potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, leaving about 1/4 inch of flesh on the skin.
4. Fill the potato skins with the chicken mince mixture.
5. Top the stuffed potato skins with chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Sprinkle some oregano on top.
7. Grill in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
