Pinwheel
Enjoy your pinwheel with any of your favorite dip!!
Pinwheel, Starter, Snacks, Short Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Yogurt (Drained)
- 2 tbsp Tomato (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Onion (Chopped)
- ½ Tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 1 tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
- Salt To Taste
- 2 tbsp Black Olive (Finely Cut)
- 1 tsp Garlic (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- ½ Cup Cucumber (Chopped)
- ½ Cup Cheese (Grated)
- Tortilla Bread As required
Instructions:
1.In a bowl, mix together the drained yogurt, chopped tomato, chopped onion , oregano, crushed black pepper, chopped parsley , and salt to taste.
2.Add the finely cut black olives , chopped garlic, vinegar , chopped cucumber , and grated cheese to the filling and mix well.
3.Take a tortilla bread and spread a thin layer of the filling on top of it, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Roll up the tortilla tightly, starting from one end.
5. Cut the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick slices with a sharp knife.
6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortilla bread and filling.
7.Serve the pinwheel immediately or refrigerate them until ready to serve.
