Malaysian fish curry. Fish curry

Ingredients:

    • ½ Kg Fish Fillet
    • 1 Onion Chopped
    • 2tsp Garlic Chopped
    • 1cup Coconut Milk
    • 4tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 1tsp Lemon Grass Chopped
    • 1tbsp Chili Paste
    • 1tsp Cumin Seeds Crushed

Instructions:

Heat oil in a wok and fry onion until golden.

Add all the ingredients except fish and coconut milk, and fry then add milk and bring to boil.

Add fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes and serve.
