Healthy Overnight Oats
It is very important to many people who do not have time to prepare a healthy sehri every morning.

Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Instant Oats
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- ¼ Cup Yogurt (Whisked)
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 TbspBanana (Mashed)
Instructions:
1. In a jar, combine the instant oats and chia seeds.
2. Add the whisked yogurt, honey, and mashed banana to the jar, and mix well.
3. Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring constantly until all the ingredients are well combined.
4. Close the lid or cover the container, and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours.
5. When ready to serve, give the mixture a good stir.
