Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

    • ½ Chicken With Skin
    • 1 Onion
    • 7 Dried, Round Red Chilies
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • ½ tsp Turmetic
    • 1 Cup Water
    • ½ tsp Dry Ginger Powder
    • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
    • 1 Medium Piece Ginger
    • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
    • Salt To Taste
    • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  • In a pan put together a little water, onion, ginger piece, lemon juice, button red chilies and turmeric.
  • Boil till all the ingredients are tender. Then blend the mixture finely to smooth paste.
  • Remove paste in a bowl; add dry ginger powder, salt to taste and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Pound the chicken with hammer to flatten.
  • Marinate chicken with the prepared marinade.
  • Mix oil and lemon juice.
  • Grease grill pan and grill while applying oil mixture till chicken is tender.
  • Infuse with charcoals smoke before serve.
