Galawati Chaska Kebab, Chicken Kebab

Ingredients:

  • Spice Ingredients:
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
    • 1 Black Cardamoms
    • 4 Green Cardamoms
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    • 1 Inch Piece Cinnamon
    • ½ tso Nutmed And Mace Powder
    • 8 Dried, Round Red Chilies
    • 2 Pinches Carmon Seeds
  • Kebab Ingredients:
    • ½ kg Minced Chicken
    • 2 tbsp Raw Papaya Paste
    • 2 tbsp Onions Fried & Paste
    • 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
    • 4 tbsp Fresh Corianders Chopped
    • Few Drops Screw Pine
    • 3 tbsp Grounded Spice
    • Clarified Butter For Frying

Instructions:

  • Lightly roast all the spice ingredients on an iron griddle and chop with fresh coriander and salt in a chopper.
  • Mix chicken with ground spices, onion, papaya paste, ginger/garlic paste and screw pine and chop in a chopper.
  • Mix gram flour in the chopped mixture and set aside for one hour.
  • Shape the mixture into kebabs, heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry kebabs until golden.
  • Garnish chicken kebabs with onion rings, tomato and lettuce leaves and serve.
