Fruity Custard Vermicelli

Fruity Custard Vermicelli

Ingredients:

    • ¾ Cup Vermicelli
    • 3 Cup Fresh Milk
    • 2 tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder
    • ½ Cup Sugar
    • 1 Cup Mix Fruit

Instructions:

  • Dissolve custard powder in water and set aside.
  • Pour milk, vermicelli and sugar in a pot and bring to boil, add custard stirring continuously with a spoon till milk thickens.
  • Add vermicelli and transfer into a dish.
  • Allow to cool, add mixed fruits and refrigerate, serve chilled.
