Fried Kidney Beans

Fried Kidney Beans

Ingredients:

    • 3 Cup Red Kidney Beans Boiled
    • 1 Cup Tomatoes Boiled & Chopped
    • 1 Onion Finely Cut
    • 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
    • 1 tsp Red Chili Crushed
    • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 1 tsp Cumin Seed Crushed
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Seed Crushed
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala
    • 5 Green Chilies Cut Lengthwise
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 4 Dried Round Red Chilies
    • ¾ Cup Oil

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion until golden, add red chilies, ginger/garlic paste, and lightly fry.
  • Add tomatoes, red chilies, turmeric powder, and salt, fry, and add kidney beans.
  • Add cream, hot spices powder, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds, leave on dum.
  • Add lemon juice and transfer to a dish and garnish with green chilies.
  • Serve fried kidney beans with rice.
