Dry Thai Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Oil
- ½ kg Chicken Stips
- ½ White Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
- 4 Fresh Red Chilies
- 4 Fresh Green Chilies Cut Lengthwise
- 4 Mushrooms Finely Cut
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger/garlic.
Add chicken and cook till it becomes light brown.
Add all the remaining ingredients except mushrooms and green chilies and fry.
Add mushroom and green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Decorate a dish with tomato, spring onion, and lettuce leaves.
Place chicken on a dish and serve with rice.
