Dates Meetha
This healthy Pakistani recipe will be loved by all!

Ingredients:
- ½ kg Dates
- 2 tsp Almond
- 2 tsp Cashews
- 2 tsp Pistachios
- 2 tsp Melon Seeds
- 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 tsp Clarified Butter
- Almond/Pistachios Finely Cut For Garnishing
Instructions:
- Deseed dates and chop them.
- Chop the cashews, almonds, pistachios and melon seeds.
- Melt the ghee in a wok. Fry dry fruits lightly in it.
- Add the dates and mix well.
- Take it out in a dish and smooth it with a spoon.
- Garnish it with almonds and pistachios and serve.
