Ingredients:

    • ½ kg Dates
    • 2 tsp Almond
    • 2 tsp Cashews
    • 2 tsp Pistachios
    • 2 tsp Melon Seeds
    • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
    • 2 tsp Clarified Butter
    • Almond/Pistachios Finely Cut For Garnishing

Instructions:

  • Deseed dates and chop them.
  • Chop the cashews, almonds, pistachios and melon seeds.
  • Melt the ghee in a wok. Fry dry fruits lightly in it.
  • Add the dates and mix well.
  • Take it out in a dish and smooth it with a spoon.
  • Garnish it with almonds and pistachios and serve.
