Crispers Chicken
A perfect copycat recipe to make great frozen food for unexpected guests!
Crispers Chicken, Crispy Roll
Ingredients:
- ½ KG Minced Chicken
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chilies Crushed
- 3 tbsp Rice Flour
- 2 Slice Bread
- 1 tbsp Hot Spices Powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- Salt To Taste
- Oil For Frying
Instructions:
- Mix chicken mince with all ingredients except breadcrumbs; shape into a long kebab and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the kebab golden; remove on an absorbent paper.
- Decorate the dish with tomatoes and spring onions; place chicken crispers on it.
- Serve kebabs with mayonnaise and French Fries.
