Chunky Creamy Chicken Soup, Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 300 gram Chicken Pieces
- ½ Cup Onion Chopped
- 2 Carrots Chopped
- 2 Spring Onion Chopped
- ½ Cup Sweet Corns
- ½ Cups Peas
- ½ Cup Fresh Cream
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 400 ml Water
- Black Pepper Crushed To Taste
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 tsp Oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pot and fry chicken until its changes color.
- Add water, onion, carrot, spring onion, peas and sweet corn and cook till the vegetables are tenderized.
- Turn off the stove and remove the chicken bones.
- Add corn flour while stirring spoon, then add the cream, pepper and salt.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
