Chicken Malai Kabab, Kebab, Kabab, Chicken Kabab

Ingredients:

    • 1 Cup Yogurt
    • 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
    • 1 Tsp Corn Flour
    • Salt To Taste
    • 1 Tbsp Green Chilies
    • 2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
    • 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • ¼ Tsp Raw Papaya Paste
    • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
    • ½ Kg Chicken Breasts (Boneless)
    • Sticks As Required
    • Oil For Frying
    • 2 Tbsp Cheese (Grated)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tsp of corn flour, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp of fresh cream, 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of raw papaya paste, and 2 tbsp of chopped fresh coriander. Mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth marinade.
2. Add ½ kg of boneless chicken breasts into the marinade. Make sure that each piece of chicken is well-coated with the marinade. 
3. After marination, take out the chicken and skewer the chicken pieces onto sticks.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken skewers and fry them until they are golden brown on all sides, for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the frying pan and sprinkle 2 tbsp of grated cheese on top of the kababs.
6. Serve the Chicken Malai Kababs hot with mint chutney or any other dipping sauce of your choice.
