Beef Noodles
Your noodles don't remain dry but the meat juices bring the best moist effect to the noodles.
Beef Noodles, Cheesy Noodles
Ingredients:
- ½ KG Beef Cut into Small Pieces
- 2 Cup Noodles Boiled
- 1 Capsicum
- 6 Fresh Red Chilies
- 8 Basil Leaves
- 1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Vineger
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tsp Red Chili Crushed
- Salt To Taste
- ½ Cup Oil
Instructions:
- De-seed capsicums and dice them thickly.
- Heat oil and fry garlic till gives off aroma; add beef and fry on high flame.
- Reduce flame add coconut milk, red chili powder and salt.
- Cover lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add capsicum, noodles, soya sauce, vinegar and brown sugar and cook for few seconds. Add basil leaves and turn of flame.
