Apple Juice, Apple Smoothie, Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Salt To taste
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- ½ Cup Fresh Cream
- 2 Cups Milk (Fresh)
- Ice Cubes As Required
Instructions:
1.In a blender, add the chopped apples, cinnamon powder, salt, honey, yogurt, fresh cream, and fresh milk. Blend until smooth.
2.Add ice cubes as required and blend again until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
3.Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
