Aloo Kulcha
Cold nights with warm fresh made Aalo Kulcha!

Ingredients:
- Dough Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- Salt To Taste
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Warm Water For Making Dough
- Stuffing Ingredients
- 2-3 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
- ¼ Cup Onion
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Chil
- Salt To Taste
- ¼ Green Coriander
- 2-3 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Onion Seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions:
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and curd with water to make dough .cover & keep the dough for half an hour.
- For stuffing add boiled and mashed potatoes, onions, crushed red chili, salt, green coriander, green chilies and lemon juice and mix them nicely.
- Now make 6-8 small balls of dough and then with help of hand flattened the balls and place the potato filling.
- Then again fold the edges and make the shape of balls.
- After 10 minutes sprinkle the onion seeds and flattened them with help of rolling pin.
- Now cook on pan or in oven.
- Brush with oil and dish out on serving plate.
- Delicious potato kulcha is ready to serve.
