Ingredients:

  • Dough Ingredients
    • 2 Cups Flour
    • Salt To Taste
    • ½ tsp Baking Powder
    • 2 tbsp Curd
    • 2 tbsp Oil
    • Warm Water For Making Dough
  • Stuffing Ingredients
    • 2-3 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
    • ¼ Cup Onion
    • 1 tsp Crushed Red Chil
    • Salt To Taste
    • ¼ Green Coriander
    • 2-3 Green Chilies
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 tsp Onion Seeds
    • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and curd with water to make dough .cover & keep the dough for half an hour.
  • For stuffing add boiled and mashed potatoes, onions, crushed red chili, salt, green coriander, green chilies and lemon juice and mix them nicely.
  • Now make 6-8 small balls of dough and then with help of hand flattened the balls and place the potato filling.
  • Then again fold the edges and make the shape of balls.
  • After 10 minutes sprinkle the onion seeds and flattened them with help of rolling pin.
  • Now cook on pan or in oven.
  • Brush with oil and dish out on serving plate.
  •  Delicious potato kulcha is ready to serve.
