The Covid bane is still not over but finally, the fashion capital of the world saw the banging fashion back in Paris. This year there was so much happening. We saw Gigi Hadid with Leonardo Di Caprio at the Paris Fashion Week.
There was the iconic Spray-on dress that Bella Hadid wore.

Kylie Jenner wore the scandalous white crocheted dress to the Balmain fashion show. With 100 shows spanning the week. Each designer was creatively the best.

Our picks were many but we chose a handful for our viewers.

Elie Saab

The maximalist wardrobe was loaded with mostly white and other pastel summer colors such as pinks and purples. But this time their collection was safe. However, the whole combination of materials and cuts made us go wow!

We can only say that the two-year Covid break made this one work magically. There was rubber, tulle, and tinsel all used to go with the theme of magical forces. Our verdict was that the show was spell-binding and magical. The yawns and boring faces were all lit and focused on what was coming next in the show.

Balenciaga

The fashion house took the theme of being down to earth literally. There was a mud pit carved for models to walk. Kanye West opened the show. This was an honorary mention to acknowledge how designers are willing to go another notch for the brands.

Chanel

Truly timeless- This French fashion house was as usual perfect! The clothes were timeless. Each time an innovation is added to enhance the look and appeal for the reformed taste of people. The flowy long dresses, cocktail dresses, or power suits all were feminine and exactly what 2023 should be like – beautiful!

Louis Vuitton

The over-the-top exciting accessories and small detail inflated on the dresses were a new high. The team this time decided to pay homage to every bit that went into making a piece. Be it huge buttons, an exaggerated neckline, or bags! This time around Louis Vuitton was bright, big, and definitely striking just before closing the week in Paris after days of fashion overdose big highs and lows.

SpiceJin as an independent platform has to mention the White Lives Matter by Kanye West was a controversy that was tasteless rude and made a mockery of all lives that matter and need a voice!
