In a remarkable feat of endurance and culinary skill, 27-year-old Nigerian chef Hilda Baci has secured the title of the world's longest continuous cooking session. Baci embarked on her record-breaking journey and tirelessly cooked for an astounding 100 hours.

As reported by the Associated Press, she allowed herself only five-minute breaks every hour, with an accumulated one-hour break after every 12-hour stretch. During these brief respites, she attended to essential tasks such as bathing, medical checkups, and resting, demonstrating unwavering dedication to her craft.
