Dress and party like the French, they all say! However, sometimes none can be fun. This time their party culture has gone to court.

A man referred to as Mr. T in the documents alleged that he was dismissed on no grounds from the Paris-based consulting firm Cubik Partners in 2015. The company maintains that he was dismissed due to professional incompetence. However, the complainant said that he was dismissed for his disagreement to join the firm's "fun" culture. This fun entails seminars and weekend getaways with "very large quantities of alcohol"

The court records also reveal that the company culture allegedly included "humiliating and intrusive practices" such as "mock sexual acts, the obligation to share his bed with another employee during seminars, the use of nicknames to designate people, and the posting of distorted and made-up photos in the office."

Another publication shared that Mr. T previously had asked for $500,000 in damages. This plea was rejected last year. However, as of now, the court agrees with the right to "his freedom of expression" which is his "fundamental freedom."

This might mean that he gets his damages to claim at the next hearing.
