Mutton Karahi

Karahi, Mutton Karahi, Mutton Curry
Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Mutton (boiled)
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green chili paste
- 2 tbsp Roasted Cumin Seed (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Roasted Coriander Seed (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Ginger (Julienne Cut)
- 2 tbsp Green Chili (Julienne Cut)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 cup Tomatoes (Sliced)
- 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1 cup Oil
- Salt As Per Taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a karahi or deep frying pan.
2. Add the chopped onion and fry until it turns golden brown.
3. Add the ginger garlic green chili paste and fry for another minute.
4. Add the boiled mutton and mix well
5. Add the sliced tomatoes and cover the karahi and let it cook until they
are soft and mushy.
6. Add the salt, chili flakes, julienne cut green chili, crushed roasted cumin seed, crushed roasted coriander seed. Mix well.
7. Add the yogurt and mix well.
8. Add the crushed black pepper, chopped coriander leaves, julienne cut ginger and green chilies. Mix well.
9. Your Restaurant Style Mutton Karahi is ready to serve!
