Matar Qima Chawal

Matar Qima Chawal, Matar Pulao
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Beef Minced
- 1 Cup Peas Boiled
- 300 grams Rice Boiled
- 2 Onion Finely Cut
- 4 Green Chilies Finely Cut
- ¼ Fresh Corianders Finely Cut
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- ½ Cup Yogurt Whipped
- 2 tbsp Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- ½ Bunch Mint Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Kewra Essence
- Salt To Taste
- ½ Cup Oil
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, ginger, and minced water till dry.
Add onion, green chilies, hot spices, yogurt, tomatoes, and salt and fry more then add peas and remove from flame.
Layer an open large pan with ½ rice, Qima, fresh coriander and mint, and reaming rice.
Sprinkle kewra on it and put it on the dum.
Serve with Raita.
