Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Fish Fillet
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 2tsp Garlic Chopped
- 1cup Coconut Milk
- 4tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1tsp Lemon Grass Chopped
- 1tbsp Chili Paste
- 1tsp Cumin Seeds Crushed
Instructions:
Heat oil in a wok and fry onion until golden.
Add all the ingredients except fish and coconut milk, and fry then add milk and bring to boil.
Add fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes and serve.
