Beef Korma
Your desi menu is incomplete without Beef Korma. Make your guests eat heartily this dawat wala Korma.
Korma, Qorma, Beef Curry, Beef Qorma
Ingredients:
- 1½ Cup Yogurt
- 1½ Cup Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ Tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 6 Clove
- 6 Cardamom
- Salt To Taste
- 2½ Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ¼ Cup Water
- 1 Kg Beef
- 1½ Cup Fried Onion
- Ginger (Julienne Cut) For Garnishing
Instructions:
1. Take a deep pot, add yogurt and oil , and mix them together well for 8-9 minutes.
2. In a bowl, add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cloves, cardamom, salt to taste and ginger garlic paste.
3. Add the mixed spices in yogurt and oil mixture.
4. Add 1/4 cup water and mix well.
5. Add the beef pieces to the pan and mix well until they are fully coated with the spice mixture.
6. Heat pot and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
7. Cover the pot and let the beef cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8. Once the beef is cooked, add fried onions to the pot and mix well.
9. let it cook for another 5-7 minutes.
10. Turn off the heat and garnish with julienne cut ginger.
11. Serve hot with naan.
