Haldi Doodh
This a perfect recipe for pregnant women to make their bones healthy. Tell the kids it is golden milk and they will finish it too!
Milk, Turmeric, Haldi Doodh, Doodh
Ingredients:
- 220ml Milk
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- Ginger Small Piece
- 2-3 Cardomon
- 1-2 Sticks Cinnamon
- 1tsp Honey
Instructions:
1. Place the pan over medium and add milk
2. In the tea spice infuser, add cinnamon sticks, ginger, and cardamom, and close it.
3. Put tea spice infuser in boiling milk & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
4. Combine turmeric, black pepper, and honey in the milk and stir well and bring it to boil
5. Remove the tea spice infuser, turn off the flame, add honey & mix well.
6. Garnish with almonds. (Optional)
