Fruity Custard Vermicelli
Looking for an easy fruit custard recipe then this one has an added twist.
Fruity Custard Vermicelli
Ingredients:
- ¾ Cup Vermicelli
- 3 Cup Fresh Milk
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Mix Fruit
Instructions:
- Dissolve custard powder in water and set aside.
- Pour milk, vermicelli and sugar in a pot and bring to boil, add custard stirring continuously with a spoon till milk thickens.
- Add vermicelli and transfer into a dish.
- Allow to cool, add mixed fruits and refrigerate, serve chilled.
