Daal Kay Ladu, Notichor kay laddu

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Yellow Lentiles
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • 3 Green Cardamoms
    • ½ cup Dry Fruits Crushed
    • ¼ cup Clarified Butter
    • Sterling Silver Leaves For Decoration

Instructions:

Fry yellow lentil in a wok on low flame till golden and remove from flame.

Allow to cool then blend in a blender.

Heat clarified butter in a wok and add lentil, fry till lentil separates from edges and remove from flame.

Blend sugar and cardamoms in a blender and add to the mixture.

Add dry fruits and shape into balls.

Decorate laddu with sterling silver leaf and serve.
