Ginger Soup With Dumpling, Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Minced Chicken
- 1 Cup Chopped Prawn
- 6 Cups Chicken Stocks
- 8 Mushroom Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Paper Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Chopped
- 1 tbsp Brawn Sugar
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour Dissolve into Water
- 2 tsp White Pepper Powder
- ½ Egg Beaten
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
- In a chopper chop minced, ginger, egg and salt.
- Make small balls by mixing prawns in them.
- In a pot, add stock, white pepper, vinegar, ginger and salt and bring to a boil.
- Add balls, brown sugar, mushrooms and capsicum and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add corn flour while stirring. Serve the delicious soup sprinkled with green onions.
