Chicken Bread

Chicken Bread, Chicken Food, Spicy Snack
Ingredients:
- Dough Preparation:
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1½ Tsp Yeast
- 1½ Tsp Sugar
- 5-6 Tsp Oil
- ¼ Cup Milk
- Warm Water As Required
- Chicken Preparation:
- Oil
- 2 Tbsp 250 Grams Chicken Mince
- 1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- ½ Cup Capsicum (Chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Spring Onion(Chopped)
- ¼ Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Crushed Red Chili
- 2 Cheese Slice
- 1 Egg (for washing)
- 2-3 Pinches Kalonji
Instructions:
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 250 grams of chicken mince.
- Add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, and ½ cup of chopped capsicum. Cook for a few minutes until the capsicum becomes soft. Set aside.
- For the Sauce:
- In a separate pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter and add 1 cup of chopped spring onion. Cook until the onions become soft.
- Add ¼ cup of flour and cook for a minute.
- Gradually add 1 cup of milk and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of crushed red chili. Cook until the sauce becomes thick.
- Now add Chicken Mixture in this sauce and mix well.
- To Assemble:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape
- Spread the chicken filling evenly over the dough.
- Place 2 slices of cheese on top of the chicken filling.
- Fold the sides of the dough towards the center and seal them.
- Brush the top of the dough with a beaten egg and sprinkle some kalonji on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bread turns golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.
